A. You may now make your maintenance payments by accessing our secure internet site, www.goodstein.com.

To begin the process, you will need to register by going to our website and clicking on the gold, "Goodstein Management" logo. Click the "Make Online Payments" icon on the lower left-hand corner of the next screen. You will be asked questions concerning your cooperative account and bank, so please have your maintenance bill (coupon) and a check from your bank with you. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. You then go back to our site, click the "Make Online Payments" icon, login with your ID and password and begin to make payments. You can set up one-time or recurring payments.
